Synergy has engineered more than 30 columns in the field of Menthol processing, is probably Global leader in this
filed. We have changed the way menthol was processed by conventional batch distillations. New innovations like use of thermosyphon Reboilers with special internals ( Horizontal and Vertical) in place of FFE and top mounted knock-back condensers that give very low pressure drops have resulted in energy savings across this sector.
We have extended this position in separation isomers/ product purifications having done jobs in aromatics,
petrochemical, CPI, pharmaceutical and Fine chemicals domains.
We have developed Packed type Deareators that are running well and probably first among conventional
Tray of Spray Units.
