Synergy Process Systems is a partnership company incorporated in 2002 at Pune, a hub of technical expertise in India. The promoters are well-qualified engineers having vast Industrial experience. During first decade of its operations, Synergy has proved itself by completing several critical engineering projects to the satisfaction of the customers.
We now plan to use our expertise in the area of transfer operations to expand in to complex solutions like process Integration and to wider Geographical footprint. To achieve this goal we have now acquired licenses for the best tools for simulation and sizing (ChemCAD, Aspen One Eng. Products) and are in the process of building a Pilot plant Facility of our own. We are still a small unit and prefer to function with strategic partners.
Our objective is to offer reliable and cost effective Engineering solutions/systems to Chemical and allied industries mainly in the area of Separation and Thermal techniques. We spend enough time to understand specific project requirements and work in close tandem with our customers to address the safety, environmental, energy and automation issues early in the process design to arrive at most effective solution to their problems. Our expertise in process automation then ensures consistent product quality and plant safety. We have the expertise to handle, most of the complex engineering problems in these areas. Towards this we can utilize process simulation studies and pilot trials. We also have the expertise for reliable scale-up and converting batch reactions in to continuous ones.
We offer Services in Basic engineering, and Detailed Engineering in the areas referred above, for the Chemical and allied Industries. The detailed engineering activities handled include Civil and Structural, Mechanical, Piping and Instrumentation and Electricals. Our core team handles process and instruments part and other services are provided with our long term associates.
We supply critical project components like efficient Distillation/Absorption column packings, Heat Exchangers and other distillation/Absorption accessories. We also supply modular plants or just equipments in the area of Solvent recovery, Distillation Systems, Product Purifications, Isomer Separations, Evaporation Systems, Absorption Systems and Other Separation Systems like Melt Crystallizers and Molecular Sieve Drying for Solvents.
